Page 2 of 3 Field Trips A day trip out of town to one or both of our summer getaways could be just what you need. Take an adventure to learn new and fascinating things. The different exhibits, shows and programs spark the imagination, satisfy the most curious of minds, and inspire a spirit of lifelong learning. All trips will be departing from Vulcan Prairieview Elementary. Participants should bring a bagged lunch or lunch money. Registration and a signed waiver is a MUST! *Cancellation Policy* a 20$ cancellation fee is charged for each activity/ program cancellation. TO REGISTER: Drop by the Recreation Office located in the Town Office and fill out a registration form or call 403-485-6659. Calgary Zoo Come spend a day with animals from around the world! There's always lots to see and do when you're at the zoo. Date: July 27th Ages: 8 years and up. Cost: $27.00 Departure: 8:00 a.m. Return: 5:00 p.m. Registration deadline: July 21st Calaway Park Come have a blast on the 34 different rides in the amusement park. Not into rides? Don't worry there is lots of shows, games and entertainment for everyone! Date: August 8th Ages: 8 years and up. Cost: $35.00 Departure: 8:30 a.m. Return:6:00 p.m. Registration Deadline: August 4th |
