Page 3 of 3 General Information *All application are received on a "First Come, First Serve" basis. Only those registrations received with immediate payment are considered officially registered. *Any program cancelled due to insufficient enrollment or instructor unavailability will be refunded, in full, to you. * Vulcan District Recreation Board reserves the right to cancel any activity/program for any reason deemed necessary by the Vulcan and District Recreation Program Mangers *Vulcan And District will in no way be responsible for: medical or dental expenses/ ambulance expenses/ damages, theft or loss of personal equipment, eye glasses or contact lenses incurred while participating in any activity/program. **It is understood that the risk of personal injury or death is inherent to some degree in all activities, and while using some equipment. Please ensure that you fully understand what these risks are and that you are prepared to accept this element of risk before registering for our activites/progrmas, Vulcan and District Recreation will not be held liable for nay injury or death resulting from the use of Vulcan and District equipment or participating in any activity/program. * The personal information collected is subject to Alberta's Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and is collected under the authority of s.32 of that Act. It is collected for the purpose of program registration and will also be sued for future Vulcan and District Recreation mail outs.
