A person or delegation wishing to make a presentation directly to Council at a Regular Council Meeting shall advise the Town Office no later than the Tuesday of the week prior to the upcoming Regular Council Meeting.
A written or emailed request shall include the contact information of the person or delegation wishing to appear before Council along with a brief explanation of the subject to be addressed and any specific request to be made to Council.
Any delegation that wishes to submit material for a presentation may do so in the form of written material or by a power point presentation.
